From Chile to Canada
Felipe Freig was born in Chile and came to Canada at just twelve years old, carrying nothing but hope, big dreams, and an eagerness to build a better life.
Like many new Canadians, he learned early on that success would come through grit and a relentless work ethic. Those years taught him patience, discipline, and the value of starting from nothing. They were lessons that would shape every home he would later build.
First a Tile Setter, then a Builder
By nineteen, he found himself in the construction industry, starting out as a tile setter. Those early years laid more than tile. They laid the groundwork for a meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for quality that would shape his entire career.
Felipe never lost his hunger to grow. With each project, he expanded his skills, his network, and his vision, eventually founding Versa Homes.

On February 5th, Felipe founds Versa Homes with a single guiding principle: luxury construction, without the stress.
